Generate your monster, select a product and exact option, inspect the product proof, check the approval box, and add the approved product to Shopify cart. Changing the product or variant requires a new approval.

The launch catalog includes posters, framed posters, mugs, tees, a stainless bottle, and five iPhone case models. Bundles are not part of the current launch.

Production usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Delivery after shipment is usually 3 to 7 business days in the United States and 7 to 15 business days internationally. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Personalized products cannot be returned for buyer's remorse or a change of mind. If the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, email support within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo.

Payment happens only through Shopify checkout. Little Monsters support will never ask you to send card details, passwords, or payment credentials by email or chat.
