Yes. You see your cat’s artwork before ordering. The product photographs on this page are examples. Your personalized product mockup comes by email within 24 hours after you order, and nothing prints until you approve it.

Most US orders arrive in about 7–12 business days. For custom pieces, that clock starts after you approve the emailed mockup; ready-made orders start from the day you order. Outside the US, allow about 10–20 business days from the same starting point; some products take longer. Making takes about 2–5 business days, with delivery afterward. These are estimates, and busy seasons can add time. We can’t guarantee Halloween arrival.

We ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain. US shipping is $4.99 under $85 and free at $85 or more after discounts. International rates vary by destination and order subtotal; see the table below. Checkout shows your shipping charge before you pay. For a country outside this list, email us so we can check. Red oak frames aren’t available for Australia; choose black or white.

Full shipping policy

Every item is made after you order, including our ready-made designs. Making only what someone chooses helps avoid unsold stock and unnecessary production. Custom pieces also get a human-reviewed mockup and your approval first. Making usually takes about 2–5 business days, then your order ships.

The whole order waits until you approve the custom mockup, then all items are released for fulfillment together. You pay one applicable shipping charge. Items may arrive in separate parcels, especially wall art. If you need a ready-made item sooner, place a separate order for it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund of the item and its original shipping, with no return needed. Report damage or a wrong item within 7 days of delivery, and a print or manufacturing defect within 30 days. Email hello@littlemonsters.world with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Because each item is made to order, change of mind and a size, color or phone model you selected aren’t covered.
