Little Monsters Shipping

Where we ship. We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and these EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Spain. If your country is not on this list, ask Aria, our store assistant, or email hello@littlemonsters.world and we will check whether we can ship to you.

Shipping rates. Shipping is based on your order subtotal at checkout, after any discount code. Rates are in US dollars.

  • United States: $4.99 on orders under $85. Free on orders of $85 or more.
  • Canada: $9.99 under $50, $14.99 from $50 to $99.99, $19.99 at $100 or more.
  • Mexico: $14.99 under $50, $24.99 from $50 to $99.99, $44.99 at $100 or more.
  • United Kingdom: $6.99 under $50, $8.99 from $50 to $99.99, $14.99 at $100 or more.
  • EU countries listed above: $8.99 under $50, $11.99 from $50 to $99.99, $17.99 at $100 or more.
  • Australia and New Zealand: $9.99 under $50, $11.99 from $50 to $99.99, $19.99 at $100 or more.

If you shop in your local currency, checkout converts these rates. Your exact shipping cost, taxes and total always show at checkout before you pay.

One order, one shipping charge. One shipping charge applies to the whole order, including an order with custom and ready-made items. Mixed orders wait for approval of the custom mockup, then the items are released for fulfillment together. Need a ready-made item sooner? Place a separate order for it.

Parcels and tracking. Items may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking or arrival dates. Wall art travels in its own box or tube. This does not add a second shipping charge to the same order. Checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. Red oak frames do not ship to Australia; white and black do.

How long it takes. Every product is made to order. Ready-made items have no mockup step: they are made in about 2 to 5 business days, then US delivery takes about 3 to 7, so most US orders arrive in about 7 to 12 business days from the day you order. Custom pieces made from your cat: we email your mockup within 24 hours of your order, and the delivery clock starts when you approve it. After you approve, they are made in about 2 to 5 business days and delivered in the United States in about 3 to 7, so most US orders arrive in about 7 to 12 business days after approval. If an order mixes custom and ready-made items, they are released for fulfillment together after you approve the mockup and may arrive in separate parcels. Outside the United States, plan on about 10 to 20 business days, and some products take longer. Busy seasons can add time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and problems. We email tracking information when your order ships. If a package is delayed or appears lost, email hello@littlemonsters.world with your order number and checkout email.
