Refund policy

Little Monsters Refund Policy. Every monster is made to order just for you, so we start printing as soon as you order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it free or refund you in full. Just email littlemonsterslaunch@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Because each piece is custom printed with your art, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or a change of mind, but if anything is wrong on our end we will always make it right.
